Apollo Footwear's manufacturing unit, situated in Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay) has a capacity to produce 1,10,000 pairs per annum.

The materials we use have been tested and approved by our quality management for use in leather and P.V.C footwear.
Our in-process quality control is very stringent, with each and every pair individually checked at each stage of production - cutting, closing, pasting and finishing. All defective pieces, if any, are replaced before the lot proceeds to the next stage of production.

The plant is highly automated, with all operations except upper assembly.
These include:
  • Upper-clicking Atom
  • Sewing machines, Paff Machine(Suziki & Singer)
  • Baffing Grinder Machines
  • Stamping Machines
  • Heating Machines
  • Pasting Machines

    This machines provide greater flexibility and less downtime in production so     Apollo footwear has the capability to manufacture any type of footwear

    We would be happy to work with tooling provided to us in order to meet a customer's specific requirements. Our in-house design team can thus produce accurate prototypes of the samples provided.
